A: there is a a site near camelot where u can get coal and but it into a cart and when its full it goes near a bank with 148 coal but u need to be a member for that

A: Look at this map, it used to be the best mining spots for Iron a while ago (may last year) when I am sorry to say I was on my last leg of RS.

Miscellania is a P2P area, but the desert one is commonly taken, just world hop. Remember they come back faster on busier realms.

A: Most likely in the Dwarf mine.It is by the Black Nights Castle.The black night will attack if you get close to them,thogh.

I’m trying to make money mining iron ore and I need to know the best place to do it, a place that’s near a bank with little competition over rocks.
A: If your a member, east and north or Ardougne, theres three rocks you can mine from standing at a single square, and its not far from the Ardy south bank
If your a non member, south of Fally, or in the ‘dungeon’ next to the mining guild (head east of fally east bank, then north slightly, down the stairs in the house)

A: It depends on your level, axe and combat level.
If you’ve got a high mining level with the best axe you can use, then the best place is south-west of varrock – this is the one I used to get 70 mining (and no, I didn’t power-mine).
If you don’t have a high mining level then it’s best to use Al Kharid scorpian pits. You’ll need a high combat here though, since the scorpians are aggressive. With the former you don’t need a good combat level (mine was 3) – you just need to be able to avoid a mugger.

A: Due to the distance from the bank and low ppl I always liked the two mines near varrok. The desert mine was one of my favorites as well because of the smith and bank just beside each other…

There is a small spot west of falador, but again… kinda far from a bank.
Same with varrock.
I suggest south of the Fishing Colony, tons of rocks (can get 3 without moving!) and close to a bank.

A: If it’s not super busy, then the Falador entrance to the Dwarven mine works quite well, so long as you can hold off the Scorpions and King Scorpions.
The chasm mine (north of Al-Kharid) has quite a few iron (and Scorpions, but no king ones).
The two Varrock mines have a little iron, but are very often busy
Finally, the Rimmington mine is often good for picking up dropped ores from power miners, but is a hell of a distance from anywhere (helps if you have the explorer ring 3, so you can cabbage-port and then run to Draynor bank, then trim a little off the trip the other way as well)

A: For iron, I’ve always liked mining at the iron rocks just east outside Yanille. It is a quick sprint to and from the bank and there are 7 iron rocks. Three of them are positioned where you can stand in one spot and mine those three.
Other places that are fair places to mine iron include: the al kharid mine, and mine from The Grand Tree quest.
For coal, the most popular places include: the mining guild in falador and the coal trucks west of Seer’s Village. With the mining guild, you’ll have to bank each time you fill your inventory. The bank, fortunately, isn’t too far away. With the coal trucks, you can stay there and mine as much as you want, and each time you fill your inventory, just deposit into the coal truck. Yet, after all that mining, you’ll have to go to the other end of the coal truck rails (by the seer;s village bank) and unload your coal and run it to the bank.
If you have done the Throne of Miscellania quests, you can use the money in the kingdom’s coffers to pay the residents to mine coal for you…

Member: Dwarf Mines, have to walk alittle but thats alright.
Non-Members: There a few Iron spots at the outpost between Varrock and Failidor. And at the Mining Guild I believe.
Havent played for a while but thats what I remember mostly, good luck. I have a lvl 90 mostly magic.
